WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Even as an experienced "natural birther", I was able to learn and grow from the class. Understanding what goes on inside my body helps give me direction during the labor process.
Sarnia is very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching this valuable information!

After 3 birth prep classes and 3 pregnancies, I think, I would recommend this one first to a new mom. I understand things better now that I always had a hard time visualizing, like the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how to open the different parts of the pelvis. Very informative and useful information.

I really enjoyed the class. It was a good amount of time and I learned a lot of good information. The information about asking if the baby is at the top or bottom pelvis to help me prepare for pushing is very helpful. I learned some great tips and tricks for using the birth ball at home and at the hospital. Thanks!!
