Hi, I’m Sarnia Ogidan— the Mom Fitness Motivator.

I’m a pregnancy and postpartum movement coach, certified personal trainer, certified health coach,  mom of three, and motivator passionate about helping women move with strength, confidence, and purpose.

After my own difficult postpartum recovery, I made it my mission to learn everything I could about preparing the body for the real demands of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

Along the way, I earned advanced certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness and had the incredible honor of teaching and speaking at places like the National Institutes of Health, Merck & Co., and the American Diabetes Association.

But more than credentials, what fuels me is calling.

I carry joy. I speak hope. And I believe in the power of showing up—not just to move our bodies, but to move forward in freedom, healing, and purpose.

Whether I’m leading a walking challenge or workout, encouraging an expecting mom, or simply doing life with others, I bring joy, speak life, and lift people higher.

Why I Do This

Movement isn’t just what I teach—it’s how I help moms rise.
From pregnancy to postpartum to seasoned motherhood, I walk with women as they rebuild, reconnect, and rediscover joy in their bodies and their lives.

My mission is simple:

To empower moms to move, heal, and thrive—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
