FAQs
What equipment do I need for the class?
You will need a device with the Zoom app downloaded, an exercise mat or carpet, a 9-inch Pilates ball, and a set of short loop resistance bands (mini loop bands).

Can I use alternatives for the Pilates ball?
Yes, you can use a child’s squishy ball or a squishy throw pillow as alternatives.

Do I need multiple resistance bands?
While having a set of light, medium, and heavy bands is ideal for adjusting resistance, at least one resistance band will suffice.

What can I use if I don’t have a resistance band?
If you don’t have a resistance band, you can use tights, leggings, or any piece of clothing with good elasticity as substitutes.

Can I attend the class on any day, or do I have to stick to the day I registered for?
Once you register for a specific session, we do ask that you stick to your registered schedule. This helps foster a sense of community and connection with other moms during the six-week class. It’s a wonderful opportunity to build friendships and share experiences with others on the same journey. We’re excited to have you with us!

What if I miss a session?
We understand that life can get busy! However, please note that we do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes, as our classes are live and not recorded. We encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible, as each class is a unique and engaging experience!
