Certainly! Every workout is designed with the needs of pregnancy and postpartum in mind. We offer playlists specifically tailored for pregnancy and/or postpartum. Success options are included in the workouts as well. Always listen to your body and make modifications as necessary.

How can I book a live class at my facility?

To book a live class, simply complete the Contact Form. We will coordinate the date, time, and session goals to suit your group's requirements.

Can beginners or newly postpartum moms participate in the YouTube workouts?

Absolutely! Most classes are beginner-friendly and include clear modifications. However, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider if you are newly postpartum.

Is any special equipment needed for your classes?

No special equipment is necessary for most workouts. While an exercise mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a chair can be beneficial for certain workouts, alternatives will be provided.
