ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I’m Sarnia, mom of three, pregnancy and postpartum fitness coach, and corrective exercise specialist.
After my own pregnancies, I experienced firsthand how confusing and stressful it can feel to move in your body again, especially when you’re trying to “do the right thing” but still don’t feel supported. I had to relearn how to reconnect with my core and pelvic floor in a way that felt steady, capable, and natural, not forced or fear-driven.
That journey led me to pursue advanced education in pregnancy and postpartum fitness and to teach this work live to hundreds of women. I’ve shared my expertise with organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, Postpartum Support International, Merck & Co., and the American Diabetes Association.
